Grants To Attend Meetings
The society, with the assistance of society sponsors, provides a number of grants for members to attend national and international meetings. Administration and judging of applications for these grants lies with the Scientific Program and Education Committee (SPEC).
Travel Grants to attend the Nephrology and Transplantation Update (Postgraduate Course) and the Annual Scientific Meeting
A number (~20) of travel grants are awarded to younger members of the society to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting and the preceding training course. These are intended to assist with travel to the meeting and registration costs.
Applications are called for as part of the abstract submission/meeting registration process and the criteria are listed on the relevant application forms. In general, those who have previously received three such awards will be ineligible.
